Bring history to life in our interactive space for families where learning meets play.
Kids HQ is a hands-on, interactive space designed for visitors of all ages. Located within the Museum’s galleries, this large army-themed play area takes children on an imaginative journey through a range of military fortifications, from traditional palisades to concrete pillboxes.
Along the way, young explorers can enjoy a variety of engaging activities, from puzzles to creative play. The experience also includes an Army Q Store stocked with authentic historical uniforms, giving children the chance to dress up and step into the role of a soldier from the past.
Alongside the Kids HQ, we offer free activity trails with every admission ticket – perfect for keeping young minds entertained.
Children can explore the galleries as they follow the trail, discovering fascinating objects and uncovering stories from our history along the way. It’s a great way to turn a visit into an interactive adventure for all ages.
