This exhibition showcases the National Army Museum’s Fine Art Collection, specifically the work of well-known World War II Official Artist Peter McIntyre who in January 1941, was personally selected by Major General Bernard Freyberg to capture the efforts of the Second New Zealand Expeditionary Force (2NZEF) as they encountered the enemy in Greece, Crete, North Africa and Italy.
