Anzac Day 2017
102 years since Anzac forces landed at Gallipoli on 25 April 1915, New Zealanders continue to gather to honour our soldiers and remember the sacrifices made by our countrymen and women. Anzac Day was commemorated at the National Army Museum Te Mata Toa with two ceremonies on Tuesday 25 April 2017. A dawn service and civilian service were held on the Museum’s northern parade ground, supported by military personnel from the nearby Waiouru Military Training Camp. We will remember them. Ka maumahara tonu tātou ki a rātou.
